Windows 8 app design help

Question

Just wanted to know if Microsoft take submissions for app ideas, and helps the user make it a reality? Most of us are not as computer savvy as Stephen Hawking, so the technical help would be awesome.

Microsoft has several programs (including these forums) to help developers write their own apps. I am not aware of a general program where Microsoft will write specific apps for you.

There may be non-Microsoft sites where you can post ideas for other developers to write or work with you on.
