Unable to request API Credentials

Question

Hello all,
After navigating to the following page, https://developers.bingads.microsoft.com/, clicking on "Get Api Credentials" takes me here: https://developers.bingads.microsoft.com/Account
This is just my account page that shows my email address, phone number, and address. Am I missing something here?

Hi there,
First, make sure you have a Bing Ads Account by signing here: Bingads.com. The steps above are correct for getting API Access. There should be a link to request a token/access in that view. If you are not seeing that link, please escalate your ticket to support and we will take a look at it.
Thanks,
Itai

I am having the exact same issue as described:
After navigating to the following page, https://developers.bingads.microsoft.com/, clicking on "Get Api Credentials" takes me here: https://developers.bingads.microsoft.com/Account
This is just my account page that shows my email address, phone number, and address. I went to bingads.com and see my account campaign metrics.

Hello.
To get a developer token for production, you must be logged into the Bing Ads Developer Portal as a Microsoft Account user with the Super Admin role. The Super Admin may request API access for any user within their customer scope. For more information, see User Roles and Available Service Operations. If you are logged in with a role other than Super Admin e.g. logged in as Campaign Manager, then you will not see the option to request a developer token.
I hope this helps,
Eric
