    from the description the thread it looks like you want to set a Hyperlink of a shape.

    use the code mentioned below.

    Sub SetHyperlinkOnShape()
        Dim ws As Worksheet
        Set ws = ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet1")
    
        Dim hyperLinkedShape As Shape
    
        Set hyperLinkedShape = ws.Shapes("Rectangle 1")
    
        ws.Hyperlinks.Add Anchor:=hyperLinkedShape, Address:="https://www.google.com/", _
            SubAddress:="Sheet2!A1:A1", ScreenTip:="Demo Link"
