Is this setup "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010" redistributable?

Hello Friends,

I am working on VS2008 on windows application. In my application I am providing support for office 2010 files i.e. for import and export data functionality. To implement that functionality I require "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010" to be injstalled on my machine. Now the application i am working on will be released in the market. So just want to know that can I include "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010" in my setup? Or am I voilating any license terms by doing this?
