Zip folder

Question

I am trying to open a zip file and I keep getting this error. The module "zipfldr.dll" was laded but the entry point dll register server was not found. Make sure that "zipfldr.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again. Unfortunately, I don't know much about this and I went through advanced tech and they said they fixed it, but I still am unable to unzip the folder. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have a Windows 7. Thanks in advance.

This forum is for issues related to the C and C++ programming languages as they relates to
Microsoft Visual C++ - I see nothing in your post which suggests that you're having this
problem while trying to develop a C/C++ program using VC++. It appears to be off-topic
here. Sorry.
