    Doubts Regarding Driver Signing Policy

We are a startup antivirus product development company. We develop antivirus product for windows environment. Our product's file system filter driver is not working when secured boot is enabled. We learnt from the Driver signing policy that "Windows will not load any new kernel mode drivers which are not signed by the Dev Portal" and  "Windows loads only drivers that are digitally signed". All we want to know is that:-

1.What is the total cost for getting the file system filter driver signed?

2.How long will it take for this process to complete?

3.After we got our Driver Signed, What is the validity period or subscription period ?Is there any renewal options involved.

    4. Do we have to pay again, if there are any modifications or repeated changes done to the driver code, then in that case what will be the additional cost or re-submission fee for each time?

    5. Whether a third party driver signature will work, or it is mandatory to get microsoft certification for our file system filter driver?

    Please do reply.

    Thanking you.
