Using HTML Landscape on printer, what is the best way? RRS feed

  • Question

  • We want to write the HTML to print Landscape on a printer, but we do not want to have to set the printer to landscape.   Easy thing would seem to be to rotate the entire page 90 degrees so that the print out is landscape even tho the printer is in portrait.

What is the best way to do this?   Will spacing and layout be messed up?  Will letters and columns be distorted?

Any good ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

  • Are you using Expression Web?  This section of the forum is dedicated to Expression Blend, you might have better luck in the Expression Web section.

  • OK, could you explain a bit further then? What HTML is involved?  Are you using a web browser control inside of Silverlight? Could you describe what you are trying to do further?
