    I tried calling the number provided and I entered my developer ID, when they asked to enter the pin I entered my password but it will not allow me it is not recognized, are the password and pin different? How can I find out my pin?

    Your pin was attached with the initial 'Welcome to TellMe Studios' email.  You can change your pin from account settings using your password.
