I have stu numbers in column A (100-114, 201-214, etc through 601-614). In columns B through Z++ I have specific path names that correspond to specific instructor folders that are copied to specific student's folders per class task number. The task numbers are the column titles.    I.e.  student number is cell A2: 101 --Task1 source path to copy folder from is in cell B2: Y:\XXX\Jones\T1\Stu, ---path for students folder to copy to is cell C2: Z:\YYY\101\T1   ---I need to write a macro that searches column a for all stu numbers 101-114, 301-314, & 501-514 and copies the folder from the Y drive for that row/stu number to the Z drive path for that row (that row being that specific student). Then Another macro will do same thing for the 200,400,600 series of students.

  • Could you provide/share your Excel file via cloud storage such as OneDrive, Dropbox, etc?
Before sharing, modify private data adequately.
