Type 'TargetedTriggerAction' not Defined RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to write to Blend 3 a simple VB project in order to test my own actions. My class file with the action is the following:

    Imports System
    Imports System.IO
    Imports System.Text
    Imports System.Windows
    Imports System.Collections.Generic
    Imports System.Windows.Controls
    Imports System.Windows.Data
    Imports Microsoft.Expression.Interactivity

    Public Class SimpleSampleAction
    Implements TargetedTriggerAction
Protected Overrides Sub Invoke (ByVal parameter As Object )
                    MsgBox("FIRST ACTION!!!!")
        End Sub
    End Class

    I get two errors:
    1. Type 'TargetedTriggerAction' not Defined
    2. sub 'Invoke' cannot be declared 'Overrides' because it does not override a sub in a base class

A .dll is missing??? The path of Microsoft.Expression.Interactivity points at the assembly where Blend is installed.
I read the previously posted question by Peter Javorský   who had the same problem but there is no solution there...

  • My mistake was the word Implements ... Should write Inherits Instead
