    el código que estoy utilizando es el siguiente:

      Private Sub btnRefrescar_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles btnRefrescar.Click

            Try

    '** para cambiar el cursor

                'Application.UseWaitCursor = True

                'Cursor.Current = Cursors.WaitCursor

               'Application.UseWaitCursor = True

                'Me.Cursor = Cursors.WaitCursor

                'Application.DoEvents()

             '** Procedimientos que tengo que esperar

                ReloadMark()

                ValidacionDocumento()

            Catch ex As Exception

            Finally

                'Application.UseWaitCursor = False

            End Try

        End Sub

    Eh utilizado todas las formas que están comentadas y ninguna me ha funcionado.

    Los procesos lo que hacen es recorrer el documento mientras identifican y validan tag's o marcadores, mientras que el cursor parpadea(cambia entre wait y default) de forma inusual.

    Existe alguna forma de forzar a que el cursor cambie a waitcursor?

    Gracias a todos de antemano

  • I am very confused since Tuesday 11 of this month I asked a question in English (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vstoes/thread/cabdeffc-6aca-4110-96ff-c4dae99a53c9and Mr.Jose Fueyo he reply me, ask questions in Spanish, now I do in Spanish and is otherwise.

    well, in this case.

    I'm trying to make that my addins change the cursor to WaitCursor while waiting to complete a process, but I have not way to get this done.

    the code I'm using is:

    Private Sub btnRefrescar_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles btnRefrescar.Click

            Try

            '** I used the follow code to change cursor

                'Application.UseWaitCursor = True

                'Cursor.Current = Cursors.WaitCursor

               'Application.UseWaitCursor = True

                'Me.Cursor = Cursors.WaitCursor

                'Application.DoEvents()

              '** Procedure that I want wait for finish

                ReloadMark()

                ValidacionDocumento()

          Catch ex As Exception

          Finally

                'Application.UseWaitCursor = False

         End Try

    End Sub

    I used all commented ways and no it has worked.

    The processes that make it through the document as they identify and validate tag's or markers, while the cursor blinks (toggles between wait and default) so unusual.

    There any way to force the cursor changes to WaitCursor?

    Thank you all in advance

  • Here is a translation of the question:

    I'm trying to make my addins WaitCursor change the cursor while waiting to complete a process, but I have not managed to get this done.

    the code I'm using is:

    All of the commands that are commented have been tried, but none of them work

    The processes iterate through the document  to identify and validate tag's or markers, and while doing so, the cursor blinks (toggles between wait and default) which is distracting.

    Is there any way to force the cursor to change to WaitCursor so that the toggling would not be noticable?
     -- Hope this helps.

  • But you asked that question in English in the following Spanish forum:

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/es-ES/vstoes/threads/

    In that forum, you should ask in Spanish, but as this one is an English language forum, here you should ask in English (as you have now done)

    Hope this helps.
