    Hi, I am trying to use the Mobile Broadband sample to use an 3G account for testing SMS services in a windows 8 tablet.

    I understand that I should create a service metadata package. I tried to create one, it is successfully parsed (I could see the XML files parsed in "Microsoft\Windows\MetadataCache") but is not installed correctly. From the Metadata Authoring Wizard, I see that I need to give a "Service Number" of the service provider. I understand that it is a GUID of number that I need to get from the service provider. How do I get this information? I could not get this information from the internet. IS there any way to get this number?

    Any help is appreciated.
