cisco aironet 350 not in windows CE 6.0...! RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, I've read at multiple places in MSDN documentation that the Cisco aironet 340 & 350 series PCMCIA cards are supported by windows CE 6.0.

It's supposed to be setupable using the BSP_NIC_PCX500_PCMCIA environment variable.. It is also supposed to be located in the catalog under the name "CISCO Aironet 340/350 PCMCIA WLAN Card" under Device Drivers\Networking\Local Area Networking (LAN) devices.

Not there. Nowhere to be found... I can find the other wlan driver though.. the intersil prism2 wlan.

Soo anyone has a clue ? Cisco doesn't provide drivers for win ce 6.0.

If you can't provide help, then which forum i have to place this question.

    Thanks in advance.

  • I think you'd get better help from Cisco's support/forums, or ask this question in Windows CE's newsgroups:

It would also be useful if you are more specific about the "multiple places in MSDN documentation".
