Extracting Mailboxes directly from exchange 2003 RRS feed

  • Is it possible to export mail to pst from exchange 2003?

    I understand that that xmerge can't be used if the mailbox is over 1gb

    the mailboxes are around 9gb

    Thanks for any advice given

    You can use a script here that will allow for the PST files to be split:

  • Indeed, you can only use Exmerge if mailbox size is less than 2GB. For bigger size mailboxes you would require mailbox export tools such as Stellar Mailbox Extractor for Exchange Server, Quest, Lepide, and few others.
