Arabic localization: appling RTL everywhere RRS feed

  • Question

  • User-1859992688 posted
    I am currently trying to localize a ASP.Net 2.0 website (i.e. peoplewords.com) in Arabic and I have several issues with Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts, including datagrids, labels and text boxes ....

    Can someone could point me toward a ASP.net localization guide concerning Arabic (or any RTL language)?

    Best regards,
    Joannès

    I use this code

    <body >
        <asp:Panel ID="Panel1"  Direction='<%$ resources:resource,direction%>' runat="server" Height="50px" Width="125px">
    </asp:Panel>
    </body>

    You need to add the value RTL to direction in your arabic resource
