How to remove Add-ins bar in an email in Outlook 2016 RRS feed

    What do you mean the add-ins bar? If it means add-ins tab, you could hide the add-ins tab on File->Options->Customize Ribbon or you could right click on ribbon->Customize Ribbon. There are different Add-ins tab for different windows. For example, if you hide add-ins tab in New Email window, you could still see add-ins tab in Read Email windows. You need hide add-ins tab on you needed window.

    It is not clear what bar you are talking about... But you can turn any COM add-ins off in Outlook, see Enable or disable add-ins in Office programs for more information. As soon the plugin is disabled, any UI which belong to the plugin will be hidden.
