1. Will You add possibility to create own tails sketches? - I am not sure what you mean. Could you expand on this question?
2. Why max slide per one tile is 5? - Are you asking why the maximum number of images per tile are 5 like for the TileWideImageCollection template? If so that is by design.
3. In tiles in which is possibility to add the fifth line of text is an error because the last line isn't displayed. - I assume you are talking about tile notifications. You can add 5 lines of text to the time if you use one of the templates that support
it. Please see:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/windows.ui.notifications.tiletemplatetype(v=VS.85).aspx. You also need to ensure the lines will fit. If you are using branding for example it is possible they will not. Please run the
Advanced Tiles sample to see this in action and test this out.(the first scenario).
4.Will it be possibility to program tiles in that way that they will be automatic update without starting program which create it? - I think what you want is discussed in this document:

5.How change time between changing slide in a tiles? - I assume you are talking about the notification cycling? If so, the display refresh time is not under your control. Again please see the advanced tiles sample. This is covered in scenario
