    Hello,

    Everytime I try to view a video run by Silverlight, I get a blank (black) screen, but I do hear sound.

    I have this problem in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. My computer runs windows 7 and is only a few months old.

    What can I do?
