  • Question

  • I do a Windows Universal 10 App with Cordova Tools in Visual STudio 2017 when i run the app i use localStorage.setItem / getItem

    It works. but when i look in the C:\Users\usr\AppData\Local\Packages\com.edis.app_

    Folder there is my Database which i also use .

    I want to access the LocalStorage with a Viewer like the SQL lite Browser it should be also a file which i can browse but i cannot find it is it somewhere defined in the config where the location of the local Storage is?

  • Hi MicroLova,

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

    For your requirement, you could use debugger to get the location of the local storage. Please add the below code:

    Debug.WriteLine(Windows.Storage.ApplicationData.Current.LocalFolder.Path);

    Please refer details here: StorageFolder.Path Property

    Then you could open it in the file explorer.

    Hope it could help you, and any feedback will be expected.

    Best Regards,

    Dylan
