SharePoint 2013 Configuration database version: 15.0.4945.1000
After patching clicking the MySite Link, User Profile Service Application, we get this error on 3 farm environments.
Sorry, something went wrong

Hi Chris,
Did you install the July 2017 CU?
And did you run the SharePoint 2013 products configuration wizard?
After installing the pathing, we should run the SharePoint 2013 products configuration wizard.
Did the MySite link and User Profile Service Application work before patching?
You could recreate User Profile Service Application and check if the issue exists.
And check the details about the issue in the ULS log according to the correlation ID.
Best regards,

@ Sara Did all this, because that is normal procedure. Thanks for asking. What you see if from the ULS logs and only that reference.
@ Trevor are you thinking if we apply some other CU this will be fixed? Since we are already on July 2017 CU and after the patching, spcw and so on, the database version stayed the same.
We only installed the Security patches KB4462139- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4462139/description-of-the-security-update-for-sharepoint-server-2013-february
What CU patch is going to fix this? I guess this one KB4462152, since it also has the KB we installed? Thanks.
We do have SharePoint Online, but in Production we are NOT hybrid yet.

You're on an extremely out of date CU and missing quite a few security/product fixes. I would suggest looking at Jan 2019. I'm assuming you ran the Config Wizard post-install.
