Control for electronic signature

Question

Hello

we would like to capture client signature (digital pen)  on a windows 8.1 touch pad. The signature will be transferred to a document (e.g. PDF), but not stored in the database.

environment: Metro app, Visual Studio 2012, C#

Which control (assembly/class) should we use?
