What Certification Good For ME?!(Help PLZ)

Question

plz help me im so confusing right now and  i dont know best choice at all
hi every one im sorry if i make topic for this issue but i dont know where can i find my answer in this forum and i really hope u guys help me to decide what's next step for me.
so i have certificate MCSE/MCTS and i have some part time job in some Company have small Network so i have a lot of time and i dont want to ruin it and i try to miggrated to another country so everything i want to know is what thing to help my knowlegd about networking improve i mean which course so better for someone like me i have Microsoft Certificate and i think i good at it but not enough and everyone said to me go and learn Cisco so im really confusing and i want to know what u think and help me to decide continue Microsoft Course and which one or start with Cisco and which one too?

I would encourage you to learn and get certified in following areas.  

 

Exchange 2007/2010

SharePoint 2007/2010

Windows Server 2008

HyperV /Virtualization

 

These are new technology and not many people out there who knows these very well. Whatever you learn be an expert. Go to forums and answer people’s question and learn from other answers.

 

Cisco/CCNA is good too but there are some many areas in Microsoft which you can tap into. Visit my blog there are tons of free training available in each of the above products.

Did you have MCTS or MCSE
ANd which certification of MCTS /MCSE?
Could you tell me ?
YEah ,As rubel said ,MCTS :server 2008 or MCITP :server 2008 is good for u upgrade yourself .in my opinion.
Firstly ,both of them is related with the latest technology .
IF you have MCSE or MCTS credentials ,I recommend you site the ms exams .As rubel said ,Whatever you learn be an expert.

Also ,Cisco is useful for u too.
en ,you can give your choice.

oh thank u so much help me a lot and about my MCTS certification i will say to u is Sql 2005 and my MCSE2003 i think server2008 is too soon right now for me but i really intersting about these

i like to know everything about exchange can u tell me what is number of this book and exam?
and one more thing what about the ISA Server?u think is need it or not?!
can u give some info about SharePoint and HyperV /Virtualization i mean we learn to do what exactly?
