  • Could you share us the inner exception?

    I follow the shared link, and it works for me.

    Have you followed Installing and Configuring Master Data Services 2008 R2 November CTP to configure MDS Service? Is there any error when creating CreateMdsProxy? Could you access http://localhost/MDS/?

  • Thanks for your answer Edward.

    Indeed, I followed it. I can access to our MDS site flawlessly (http://mdmdev-app/MDS1/) and no error is appearing on CreateMdsProxy execution. Below the inner exception and its subsections:

  • Based on your image, the service url is ‘http://service/service.svc’. According your follow up reply, it seems ‘http://mdmdev-app/MDS1/service.svc’ is your service  address. Could you share us your endpoint address in CreateMdsProxy? Is your service and client in the same computer?

    Could you share us your generated web.config in the client? I suggest you try to comment out below code in web.config.

                    <!--<identity>
                        <userPrincipalName value="xx@xx.xx.microsoft.com" />
                    </identity>-->
