Need to know how to deploy Club Site

I got a new delux account with Godaddy to put up my kids Soccer site. I downloaded the Web Developer Express 2005 and SQL Express and installed them. I was able to download and install the Club Site. Then was able to build (Ctrl+F5) the site and run it locally. But here is where the problems started I wanted to deploy this to the web on my godaddy site. I cant find any instructions on how to do this and godaddy is no help what so ever. I assume I need to make a SQL DB and DSN and put it in the web.config somewhere but no clue. Does anyone have a step by step guide to deploying the Club Site to the Web on someone like godaddy please.

You're in luck - a step-by-step already exists.  See this thread: http://forums.asp.net/thread/1220730.aspx.  Read through the entire thread, because there are at least two versions.  I successfully used the updated/corrected procedure.

P.S.  The procedure says to create a DSN, but it isn't required.
