Azure IOT Testing RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Team,

I need to test the Azure IOT application for one the major client. I would like to know how to perform the Disaster recovery, High Availability, Latency Testing for these testing. Do we need to perform this testing manually or is there are any automated tools perform these kind of testing. It would be help full if any one can provide the sample validation steps for this testing.

    Thank in advance.

  • Hi Mohan,

My apologies for the delayed reply. This article has a lot of helpful information pertaining to your question:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-hub/iot-hub-ha-dr

"As an Azure service, IoT Hub provides high availability (HA) using redundancies at the Azure region level, without any additional work required by the solution. The Microsoft Azure platform also includes features to help you build solutions with disaster recovery (DR) capabilities or cross-region availability. If you want to provide global, cross-region high availability for devices or users, take advantage of these Azure DR features."
