Can you have a single OData feed that pulls from Project, Task and assignment RRS feed

  • <p>Looking to use OData to pull out project information.&nbsp; </p><p>Want to have a single feed that has project, task and assignement elements.&nbsp; I have currently created 3 feeds.&nbsp; I see that I could narrow this down to 2 feeds since the assignement also has the Task (????_T) elements.&nbsp;&nbsp; However I would like to have one feed.&nbsp; the feed will be consumed by a 3rd party system.</p><p>I have built Odata feeds.&nbsp; Used the Medata reference&nbsp; Followed the guidance from the link below.&nbsp; The link below has a lot of references when&nbsp;working with a single project, I want to pull all projects&nbsp;</p><p><a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj163015.aspx">http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj163015.aspx</a></p>

  • Hello,

    There isn't one Project Odata endpoint that gets all the different data entities (projects, resources, tasks, timesheets, baselines etc). You would need to handle that in the 3rd party system and join the datasets together. Or pull the data from multiple endpoints in to another format - database etc. then get the 3rd party system to get the data from the database.
