[UWP]WebRTC UWP on c# RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I installed WebRTC UWP in Visual Studio via Nuget package, and I am trying to create a bi-directional video transmission in c# project following this link: “http://www.cnblogs.com/Yixin-ran/p/webrtc.html” , actually I don’t know how to send the sdp offer? and for the steps mentioned in the link ,  are there complete and sufficient to establish transmission? I implemented the first part but could not CreateMediaSource, the GetVideoTracks retruns null

I looked for any documentation or tutorial in c# but have not found yet. Any help please

    Thank you

  • Hi microRTC,

There is a blog about Real-Time Communications on the Universal Windows Platform with WebRTC and ORTC, please refer it in https://blogs.windows.com/buildingapps/2017/02/22/real-time-communications-universal-windows-platform-webrtc-ortc/#bOeGfcuPeX0G4CSg.97.

There is an official sample about Web Real-Time Communications (WebRTC) samples for the Universal Windows Platform, please refer it in https://github.com/Microsoft/WebRTC-universal-samples.

This repo contains several example which demonstrate the use of WebRTC in Universal Windows Platform apps. The samples utilize the Microsoft WebRTC for UWP Nuget package to implement various WebRTC features, including a full featured Voice-Over-IP application for all Windows 10 platforms leveraging the Windows.ApplicationModel.Calls namespace. The samples demonstrate the implementation of a UWP client which runs on Desktop, Mobile, Xbox, HoloLens and IoT devices.

    Best Regards,
