Permission mode switch after restore from the backup.

Question

Hi!
After i restored my projects from the backup, encountered an error:
When i try to switch permission mode from Project to Sharepoint using powershell 
Set-SPProjectPermissionMode -url http://mysharepoint/project -mode sharepoint

i receive an error message: You cannot switch to SharePoint Permission mode when your Project Sites are outside of your Project Web App site.  The following project workspaces are outside of site collection http://mysharepoint/project:
<unknown server>/project/1, <unknown server>/project/2  .....e.t.c(list of all projects restored)

is it possible to override\force change permission mode, or somehow return those sites to the site collection(rescan collection or smth), or delete them?

How did you do the restore?   

Did you restore the database?  or just the projects?

Where you using a 3rd party tool for restoring?

What version of Project Server?
