get_range not returning the values based on language RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Sheets.get_range is not returning the values based on language. For example if the language is Portuguese then values are displayed in . separator instead of , separator 2,5 is shown as 2.5. I have added a check to convert . to , based on locale in my c# code but I have a formula '=VLOOKUP(N6/O6,MinCableSize!C$8:D$23,2) ' which is not returning correct value. Here 'N6/V6' will give value 27, 8. It is showing correct value in xlsm file but where as get_range in c# is not fetching the correct value. I suspect that 'N6/V6' is returning as 27.8 while calculating the formula.  Can you please help in resolving this issue?

  • Hello Shalini,

try to use the Text attrubute of the range instead of the Value2 Attribute.
