Unable to upload datasource to Bing Maps Portal RRS feed

  • Hi,

    There seems to be no response when there is a new data uploaded to a datasource(Existing or New) via the Bing Maps Portal. No error messages are also shown and neither there is any update.

    We have noticed post the Portal UI changes.

  • I've been using the upload tool in the portal for a number of projects since the Portal UI changes and haven't seen any issues. Are you using an enterprise or basic account? If you have an enterprise account, contact the Bing Maps Enterprise support team using the Developer Support link on this page:

    If you are using a basic account, verify that your upload does not have more than 50 rows, and that you don't have more than 2 jobs (upload, download, delete) happening at the same time. Also make sure you don't have more than 5 data sources already and have not done more than 50 jobs in a 24 hour period. These limits are outlined here: If none of these look like they may be an issue, then email me at ricky_brundritt at with your data source and account ID. I'll take a look to see if I can find where your issue is.
