RE-enable my subsription RRS feed

  • my subscription was stopped due to unpaid old invoice, right now when i try to go to my subscription page to pay them and renew my subscription , it refuse to open this page and i m not able to re-nable my account again

    what is supposed to do?

  • Can you bring a little bit more detail on what pages exactly refuses to open?

    If nothing else technical and billing support is the way to go.
