XML Manifest shows up in OWA, but not in Outlook Desktop Client RRS feed

  • We have run into an issue when a customer installs our XML manifest for our O365 app, they have access to our app in OWA, but they do not see it in the Outlook desktop client.
    Is there a permissions setting or configuration that I can point our customers to correct this issue?

    The interesting thing to note here is that when we test internally we do not see the same issue. The add-in shows up in both OWA and the Outlook desktop client. 

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
