Not able to track a package in Internet Explorer 10 for USPS

  • Hello splunkett1,

    The USPS software may not work with Internet Explorer 10 since it is a Pre-Beta operating system. Not all software will work since it has not been tested or updated for the new operating system. Windows Developer Preview was released for testing of Metro apps and not for production issues.

    You might want to try and use Internet Explorer 9 to track your package.

  • Is it UPS software or UPS website?

    If it is problem with UPS website, try open website in Internet Explorer desktop (rather than metro) and if same problem, then click on compatibility icon ( broken page icon), in top of IE (beside address bar).

    See if that solved the problem or not.
