How To Type Indian ruppes symbol manualy through keyboard ?

I am using win 7...after i am download win 7 update for indian rupees font...and restart...region and language setting display Indian ruppes font...also display in ms excel..its good..but i want 2 know how to manually type indian ruppes symboll through keyboard....
