    I need to add a item to system popup menu.

    Such as, at resource manager, when user long click a file, the system popup menu should be launched.

    There are "paste" "copy" and so on.

    I need add a new item here, when user click the item, launched my program,

    How should I code?

  • Hi,

    The Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6 Device SDKs include a C++ sample called CtxMenu (available at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms880622.aspx). This example demonstrates how to do most of what you desire.

    It extends the context sensitive popup menu within File Explorer and adds an option when you tap and hold on *.bmp files to set the bitmap as the today screen background.

    You could use this example as a starting point and modify the code to instead launch your application when the custom menu item is selected.
