How to change line spacing for the entire document using macro for word 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi everyone,

plesae suggest me on how to change the line spacing of an entire word document(2010) using macro code.

I have a scenario where in document generated in 2003 word should look similar to the document generated in 2010 word version. These documents are generated using macro files. In doing so I am getting difference in linespacing between the 2 version (2003 has 1.0 but 2010 has 1.5). kindly let me know on how to select the entire document and change the line spacing to 1.0 using vba code.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Instead of using a macro to change the line spacing, you should change the linespacing of the relevant Styles in the underlying template. Even if you needed to work on individual documents, you should change the linespacing of the relevant Styles in that, rather than trying to override their settings.
