Does Vulnerabilities of Access Affect It's Correspondence Runtime Version?

Our vendor would like to install Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime as part of a bundled software. I am tasked to evaluate whether  there are any known vulnerabilities.

My Understanding is that Access 2007 Runtime contains the same version of files as Office 2007 Service Pack 2.  

Question: Does the vulnerabilities that affect Microsoft Access 2007 also applies to it's runtime version?

In addition to what David said: most applications don't care if you install a more-recent version of the Runtime. After all, A2007 is many years and versions behind the times. Spin up a VM, and try it for yourself.
