Publishing more than 100 free apps in windows phone store RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/windowsphone/help/jj206719(v=vs.105).aspx:

An annual Dev Center subscription is $99 USD plus any applicable tax. For that, you’ll get to submit unlimited paid apps to Windows Phone Store. You can also submit up to 100 free apps.

how to publish 101 free app in Windows Phone store  in  a year?

how much amount has to be paid  for each extra app submission after 100 free apps submission exceeds?

If you submit an application as a free app and it fails at certification, Will it count against your 100 free submissions?

  • Hello Saikrupakar,

Each developer receives 100 submission credits per year automatically. Each time you renew your account the submission credits are reset to 100 credits as well.

The following actions will use 1 credit:

    1. Submitting a new app
    2. An app update fails certification

The following actions do not use any credits:

    1. Submitting a beta app
    2. An app update passes certification

If you use all of your submission credits before your renewal date, free or paid apps, you will need to contact developer support to request additional submission credits. Requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.
