Citrix Online Web Plugin

    Question

  • We use Citrix sessions exclusively to access work applications from home.  When I fire up the ICA file (using version 12.1.0) in any browser (I've tried IE/IE 64-bit/Chrome) The Citrix process launches and then nothing happens. The process hangs in the task manager and never spawns a session.  Any ideas?

  • Hey Scott,

    Try using Compatibility View in the desktop version of Internet Explorer. You can do this by:

    • Open the desktop version of Internet Explorer
    • Navigate to the page in question
    • Click the broken page icon (Picture of the Compatibility View button (off)) in the Address bar

     The page will then reload. Once it has, try logging in to see if you can then access the website.
