Container Service for Kubernetes RRS feed

  • Question

  • Followed steps from the link below to create a K8s cluster using the Azure Portal.  Tried using kubectl on a remote machine to check if it's working.  Got this error.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/container-service/container-service-deployment

    C:\K8s>kubectl cluster-info
    Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 13.90.25.203:443: connectex: A connect
    ion attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a
    period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has fail
    ed to respond.

    I can SSH to the K8s master.  Tried kubectl from the master and got similar error.

    $ kubectl get nodes
    Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 13.90.25.203:443: i/o timeout

    Psping 13.90.25.203:443 fails.

    Why would the K8s cluster not respond?
