HttpHandler images in grid showing wrong images in row while in firbug showing right image and images are saving in right way in database

Hi

In my project i am showing images in grid using HttpHandler and saving in database.

images are saving in proper way in database and showing in grid rows.

but as soon as i am adding new image in a row all rows images are changes to the new image

while in firebug each row showing image in correct way...

how u r adding new image in a row? without looking at the code, it is difficult to guess what is the issue
