    Hello, I have installed access2016, and have activated it. However, when it comes to query, after I clicked "run", the summary function displayed undefined. I don't know what to do. Could you please give me some suggestions? Thank you very much.

    You could start by reducing the query to the bare essentials to show the problem, then switch to SQL view and post the sql statement here.
