It seems you already have a existing replication setup and you want to script it.

Neha is correct, if you would like to script out an existing push subscription then the link he provided has the steps necessary to generate a script.

If you would like to create a new push subscription using a script then follow the steps in How to: Create a Push Subscription (Transact-SQL Programming).
