Async WCF calls - Max Number of Simultaneous Connections? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm making asynchronous calls to a number of WCF data services using the DataServiceQuery.BeginExecute() method. (I'm using a simple WinForms test harness at the moment, but in production, these calls will be made from a web server).

I captured the traffic in Fiddler and from the request timeline in Fiddler, it looks like only maybe 2 or 3 async calls are active at any given moment. I'd like to bump that number up a bit higher or (in general) be able to control that number via config.

Is there a way to configure the maximum number of simultaneous asynchronous WCF data service connections?
