I just found some documents which said that we could migrate from Front Page to Expression Web 4:

So if you want to know more about the Expression Web 4, maybe like this

But if you want to learn the ASP.NET development in VS IDE, you know that the asp.net has own supported forum here:

So maybe you could post an issue to the ASP.NET for dedicated support, maybe the asp.net experts could provide you some better learning documents or others.

It seems that no directly way to really migrate the Frontpage to the VS IDE directly.
