  • The three isolated WCF adapters available with Biz Talk LOB   (WCF-CustomIsolated, WCF-BasicHttp, and WCF-WSHttp) is hosted on  IIS which is primary responsible for your  ASP.NET Compatibility.

You can change IIS setting for ASP.NET Compatibility .

Is there any more information you require for this then please let us know.

    Thanks

    Abhishek

  • BizTalk isolated adapters are used to receive messages coming to your published wcf service.
The published BizTalk WCF services must run in ASP.NET Compatibility Mode of IIS 7.0/7.5.
WCF services running in ASP.NET compatibility mode can be secure by attaching file system access control lists (ACLs) to the service’s .svc file.

Refer to know How to enable ASP.NET Compatibility mode and refer Securing Contents in IIS Through File System ACLs .

  • Dear Abhisnek,

Thanks for your answer.  I was busy with other things and only last week I was able to come back to this issue.

I use WCF-basichttp adapter in BizTalk for a receive location hosted in IIS. I see no options how to configure the WCF-basichttp adapter to go into  aspNetCompatibility mode.

Please can you explain how to configure the WCF-basichttp adapter for aspNetCompatibility mode? If necessary I can also use the WCF-CustomIsolated or WCF-custom adapter.

    with kind regards,

    Robert de Boer
