LOB : Publisher ID Related

Question

Hi Everyone,
I am developing the windows app using hybrid mobile technology and the app supports Windows 10 and above. I have developer account with company type and the application has already published on the store and my customer is able to download this. It works fine. My questions are related to LOB apps.
I want to submit one of the application as LOB app so I have planned to use the same developer account also which I have mentioned before. I gave my developer account address(email) to my client. My client has separate Enterprise account and private store also. If they have tried to invite my account as their publisher, They are receiving the below error message.
- Dev Center Account Status. Did the publisher use this email address when they signed up for their dev center account? or did they recently signup for their Dev Center account?
- Email is used for sign in but not signup. The publisher used an email address to sign up for Dev Center, and they have another one that they used to sign in to DevCenter. Invite your publisher using the address they used signup for Dev Center
1) What is reason for that ? Do I need any special permission ? I have checked "Roles and Permission" in partner centre, I dont any there permission but still I can submit and publish using the same address.
2) The account type is company and the owner accounts shows different email address.

Hi GS_771,

This account should be a developer account which use the email address associated with the Microsoft account that was used to create the developer account. How did you check the "Roles and Permission"?
2) The account type is company and the owner accounts shows different email address.
What does 'owner accounts shows different email address' mean ? Is your account a account user which role is developer?

Hi GS_771,
According to your description, your account is not a developer account[It is a account to sign in not sign up], it is an account user which role is Manager. The developer account has two types,Individual account and Company account. So your account is not a company account, and it is a user account. If you want to be invited by enterprise, you need to register a developer refer to the steps in Open a developer account.
