Free Trial - help setting up

Question
-
I just signed up for the free 1 month trial on Azure. I want to deploy a ASP.NET 4.5 Website that has 1 SQL Server database. I want it to use SSL. I want to deploy if from Visual Studio Express v2013.
What do I need to add to the free trial. Is "subscription" the right phrase for what I want to add? Do I need multiple subscriptions? Do I need a subscription for the SQL Server database? Do I need a subscriptions for the SSL? I have no idea how to start. I think I know how to do it out of Visual Studio, just "Publish" it.
UPDATE: OK, the two links below has pointed me in the right direction. I will study them and see if I can get the site published.- Edited by mike2 Thursday, April 9, 2015 1:21 PM
