A few questions about Phex RRS feed

I'm new to the group and I have a few questions about Phex that I was wondering if someone here could answer for me?

    1) When doing a search for any type of file is it possible that there are more users that have the file than are shown on the search results?

    2) When downloading a file is it possible to get the file from more users than are listed on your download page?

    3) When downloading a file and you want to "ban" certain users from uploading too you, how effective is this "ban"? I thought that the whole idea behind P2P file sharing software was for the user to get the download as fast as possible. If this is the case then what's the purpose of the "ban"? (I know weird question but I have my reasons)

    4) Is it possible to download a file from an uploader faster than what they have set on their file sharing settings?

If anyone out there could give me a brief idea on any of these questions it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.
