Tsqlt testing, clauses like Top * or order by

Am beginning to use the tSQLt test suites in sql mgt studio and visual studio '19, I have experience in the past using NUnit and MOq, need to conduct tests on database for things like bringing back correct TOP * and order by results, the examples given by the stock installation I can't find these types of samples, any ideas at all?
